Feb 10, 2010  We had the biggest snow storm the Dallas area has ever seen. The weight of the snow collapsed our shade shelters.
Feb 13, 2010  Mocha gave birth to her first cria, a little girl we have named Tamsin  
Feb 15, 2010  Built some cross fences to gain more pastures for the alpacas
Feb 16, 2010  Blossom surprised us by delivering a little girl who we have named Pnina Joy. We did not know she was pregnant.     
Feb 18, 2010  We got a new asphalt driveway
Feb 27, 2010  Maize gave birth to a little girl we have named Avery Ohno.
March 8, 2010  Hired some help to rebuild the shade structures that collapsed. This time I attached the shade cloth with clips and steel cable, so it can be removed easily if snow is expected.  
April 2, 2010  Saffron gave birth to a little boy we have named Ebony Buttons.
April 5, 2010  Shearing day. A team of 4 guys came and sheared all our animals in a few hours
May, 2010  A tornado touched down just a few miles north of us. This was the view from our pasture.
May, 2010 Had a visit from some friends from Albania
July, 2010  Visited Medford, Oregon and decided to move there.

Sadly, Saffron died suddenly leaving Button an orphan.

Aug 2010 Got a large order of hay delivered
Oct 2010 Sold the last of our goats
Oct 2010 Had a visit by a friend from Australia
Dec 2010 Two crias born, Peabo and Torben.

Sadly we lost Paisley and her cria when the birth went wrong.
