| March 25 Shearing day in the middle of a rainstorm. Spent the next four days drying the fleece all over the house. |

| May 7 A fencer completed fencing in our back 7 acres today. The alpacas love to explore all the new space. Now we need to do some cross fencing to make it useful. | |
| May 9 Mickey George of Comfort Texas purchased three alpacas; Alfina, Marigold, and Cloud. Sad to see them go. But they will have a nice new home. |
